A 35% Down Payment is required to begin your payment plan.
You choose how long you want your plan to be: 1-16 weeks.
You choose the frequency of your payments - either weekly or biweekly.

DOWN PAYMENT

A 35% down payment is required for all layaway orders.

LAYAWAY IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS

Layaway payment plans are available for any in stock item of $250 or more. Payment plans are not applicable toward personal shopping orders,pre-orders and some consignment items (upon approval of the consignee).

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your layaway plan, you will be responsible for a 35% recovery fee PLUS any and all merchant fees assessed by That Crazy Handbag Lady in connection with the layaway plan. NO EXCEPTIONS.

MISSED PAYMENTS

A $25 late fee will be assessed for any late payments. After the 3rd unsuccessful automatic payment attempt, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund less the 35% recovery fee and any & all merchant fees assessed by That Crazy Handbag Lady in connection with your layaway plan. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO TRANSFERS

Any and all payments made to your layaway plan are applied to that plan only. Payments are not non-transferrable to another plan or item.

NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All layaway plans are FINAL SALE. No returns/exchanges will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

MINIMUM $250 ORDER

Orders must be at least $250 or more to qualify for the layaway program.

SHIPPING

Once your item has been paid in full it will be shipped out within 48 hours (not including weekends).
