Returns/Exchanges/Cancelations
I offer returns within 5 days (including weekend days & holidays) of delivery of your purchase on TCHL items only. ALL consignment items, however, are FINAL SALE - no returns, exchanges or buyer's remorse will be honored for Consignment items). You can return your item for a refund to the original payment method OR account credit. Any loyalty perk earned on the returned item will also be forfeited. Shipping charges, if applicable, are NOT refunded, and you are responsible for shipping the item back to me at your cost. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages - please consider including a signature confirmation. ***PLEASE NOTE: A 10% RECOVERY FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL RETURNS REGARDLESS OF HOW THE RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELATION IS PROCESSED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE PRIOR TO THE RETURN.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

"Final Sale" items and ALL consignment items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returned items must have all original attachments, if any.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (no odors, stains, deodorant, makeup, pet fur, or damage/flaws to the item) or the return will be rejected.

Include your reason for return with the receipt/order number inside your package.
